Since January 2019, Servoss Virtual Services has been helping small businesses and solopreneurs get clarity around what they should be doing in their business, what could be delegated and how to work with a virtual assistant.  Success stories include helping a digital marketing agency increase their revenue by 20% in one year, a marketing strategist successfully launching 3 new programs and monthly webinars, and a consulting firm developing a strategic plan for increasing their client base.

History

Servoss Virtual Services was founded by Kathy Servoss, an administrative professional with over 25 years of experience, working mostly in the government and non-profit sectors. Our mission is to empower service providers to be the best they can be by joining them in their business as a strategic partner, providing daily operations leadership, team and project management, and problem solving that allows the CEO/Owner to achieve clarity, freedom & success in their business.

We strive every day to bring positivity into life and work, which improves health and well being, and makes better people. 

Kathy raised three sons on her own for 15 years which taught her resilience, persistence, troubleshooting skills, goal setting, collaborative problem solving, and how to pivot quickly.  These skills have spilled over into her professional life and helped raise the bar on the way she works with clients. 

Our expertise includes a love of learning, teaching others about new tools, creatively solving problems, and being a business mentor and assistant all rolled up in one. We also provide accountability and reduce overwhelm for clients by handling the pesky administrative tasks that are so time-consuming for small business owners.

Certifications & Memberships

Kathy has always had an interest in building websites, but found she is even better at managing website projects and making sure the right team members are doing the right tasks.  She is able to make minor site updates or run a team on a full website build to make sure it’s completed with quality and efficiency.

She has completed a WordPress certification program through GeekPack and has experience with HTML and CSS languages. She is also certified in Social Media Management, among other programs listed below.
